1. Discounts to students, seniors and city employees only (with membership).
2. Seniors defined as 60 years of age & older
3. Students defined as full time, 22 years old or younger with valid student ID
4. Semi-annual Payment Method - $10.00 Admin Fee Each Payment
5. Quarterly Payment Method - $20.00 Admin Fee Each Payment
6. $100.00 reinstatement charge for membership over 30 days past due.
7. When using a credit car or debit card at Lakewinds please not that a $1.00 fee will apply
8. Late Fees Dues Over 15 Days $10.00
9. As of August 2, 2010 Senior age will go to 60. Current members 55 to 59 will remain the same.

RULES

1. Cart path only on par threes
2. No carts to be driven inside green marker post in front of greens
3. No personal coolers or outside beverages. Absolutely no glass containers allowed on the course
4. No carts in wooded areas
5. Dress code casual, no tank tops allowed
